$200 Slaughter, cut & wrap fees
TOTAL EST. COST: $690- $760 depending on final weight of animal.
*Note: Total weight (and therefore total cost) will increase if you request organs, fat, and/or bone-in cuts.
You can expect to receive your lamb cut sheet & instructions on choosing your custom cuts via email approx. 7-10 days before butcher. You will pick up your share at Lynden Meat Company, 1936 Front St, Lynden a few days after butcher. (Next butcher date will be in November 2024 exact date TBD).
