You can expect to receive your lamb cut sheet & instructions on choosing your custom cuts via email approx. 7-10 days before butcher. You will pick up your share at Lynden Meat Company, 1936 Front St, Lynden a few days after butcher. (Next butcher date will be in November 2024 exact date TBD).

Example cut list for a whole lamb (subject to your preferences):

  • 2 Racks of Lamb

  • 12 Lamb Loin chops (3 pkgs of 4 chops)

  • 4 Leg shanks

  • 2 Leg roasts

  • 2 Shoulder roast

  • 3-4 lbs ground
