Whether you’re an experienced forager who’s familiar with the benefits and history of this wonderful plant, or you’re completely new to beneficial plants and foraging, this workshop is for you! We’ll cover basic history and uses, harvesting techniques, and will have nettle products on hand for inspiration.
Participants will be welcome to harvest nettle leaves and roots from the farm’s vigorous-bordering-on-bananas woodland patch.
Participants Should Bring:
Scissors or pruners
Gloves (medical, gardening, or similar)
Bags or baskets
Dress for the weather (shoes)
